Acceptable use policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Tirada sends email on behalf of many people from the same infrastructure. If one account sends spam, it hurts everyone else's delivery. That is why these rules are strict, and we enforce them.

1. Only to people who asked for your emails

  • You may only email people who subscribed to your newsletter or clearly gave you their consent.
  • Forbidden: bought, rented, shared or scraped lists, or lists built in any other way without consent.
  • When you import a list you confirm you have that consent and can prove it. Imported lists go through a probation period with stricter limits.
  • Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Do not hide it or make it harder to use.

2. Forbidden content

  • Illegal content or content that infringes others' rights (copyright, privacy, reputation).
  • Phishing, impersonation, malware or deceptive links.
  • Scams, pyramid schemes, fraudulent financial products or easy-money promises.
  • Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, or content inciting violence or hatred.
  • Sale of illegal products, or of weapons, drugs or medicines without authorisation.

3. Technical limits

To protect everyone's delivery, we automatically pause a publication's sending if, in a send, spam complaints exceed 0.1% or hard bounces exceed 2%. Resuming is at our discretion. Addresses that bounce or complain are suppressed and never emailed again.

4. Use of the platform

  • Do not try to access data or accounts that are not yours, or to get around the service's limits.
  • Do not use Tirada to send other services' transactional email or as a general-purpose mail server.
  • Do not abuse the API or the MCP in a way that degrades the service for others.

5. What we do about breaches

We may, at our discretion and without notice, pause sending, remove content, or suspend or close the account, without refund. We cooperate with the authorities when the law requires it.

6. Reporting abuse

If you received spam or abusive content sent with Tirada, write to [email protected] with the email you received (with its headers if you can).
